Drivers must hold a valid driving license from their country of residence. Minimum age is 21 years. International customers are recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP). A valid passport or national ID is required for all rentals.
All prices are in USD. Payment is due upon vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash (USD, TZS, EUR, GBP) and mobile payments. Prices include basic insurance and unlimited mileage within Zanzibar Island.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 20% of the booking value. No-shows without prior notice will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
Vehicles must only be used on paved and maintained roads unless a 4x4 or off-road vehicle has been specifically rented for that purpose. Vehicles must not be taken off Zanzibar Island without prior written consent. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance is included in all rentals. The customer remains liable for damages up to the excess amount stated at time of rental. Theft of personal belongings is not covered.
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank, or a refueling charge will apply at local pump prices plus a service fee.
In case of breakdown, contact us immediately on . We provide 24/7 roadside assistance at no extra charge for mechanical failures. In case of accident, contact local police (999) and our office immediately.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of providing rental services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our full privacy policy is available upon request.
